One-On-One Meetings

It is our philosophy that events should foster real business opportunity and interaction. As such, the Telecom Exchange will have a dedicated area on the Cipriani Wall Street balcony, overlooking the exhibit hall, where pre-planned, one-on-one meetings will be held.

Once registered, we invite you to log into the Telecom Exchange DealCenter, an online meeting manager, that lists all attending, their titles, companies, services and when applicable, available colo sites in the area. You may search the list of attendees by any of these parameters. Once you find someone you wish to meet, click "Invite" next to the name, and DealCenter will send an email invitation on your behalf. Once the invitation is confirmed, both meeting participants' timetables will be updated, and a table number will be assigned.

There are only a limited number of tables available for each 15-minute meeting interval, so log in as soon as possible to ensure optimal business meeting planning. All meetings will be held in the upstairs balcony at Cipriani Wall Street, on June 26 at the Telecom Exchange.
