Exhibitor Perks

Unlike other events, the focus is on creating a neutral networking space, where we strip away the marketing frills and get to the core of your business.
The exhibit floor is arranged in alphabetical order by company name, each exhibitor receives the same size space and branding. All exhibitors receive a 3 ft wide table space and a 7 ft sign where your logo is clearly visible, provided by Telecom Exchange. Click here for the 2013 exhibitor floor plan.
The cost to exhibit is $1,000 and includes 2 free attendee passes and access to the entire day's events, including exhibit hall, one-on-one meetings, virtual press room, and the post cocktail receptions. All sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities will close on June 7th, unless we sell-out exhibit space prior to this date. Please email info@thetelecomexchange.com to secure your exhibitor table today.

Get Listed in the Directory
All exhibitors are listed in the online and printed Telecom Exchange Directory. The directory includes descriptions of all TEX exhibitors and contact information, list of colo providers in the tri-state area and a map of the data center facilities. It is also your 'network road map' of available connectivity options in the New York tri-state area. The Directory also includes a map of the Exchange exhibit floor, where network providers, colo houses and other exhibitors are located, and the promotions available to all Telecom Exchange attendees. Download the 2012 Telecom Exchange Directory here.

Please view the latest list of Telecom Exchange exhibitors on the online Exhibitor Directory page. The list includes company name, a short description, contact details, and when applicable, the area's PoP locations. To communicate with the list of exhibitors, please log into the Telecom Exchange DealCenter.
Meet One-on-One with Prospects & Partners
All exhibitors receive access into the Telecom Exchange DealCenter, an online meeting manager that lists all attendees, and sorts the list by name, company name, services and colo availability. When a person is selected for a meeting, an invitation is sent out by DealCenter. When the meeting is accepted, all timetables are updated and a table number is assigned. All meetings will be held on-site on the balcony of the Cipriani Wall Street, June 26 at the Telecom Exchange.
