Attendee Perks

Event registration is $275 and includes access to the entire day's events, including exhibit hall, one-on-one meetings, CEO roundtables, virtual press room and post cocktail reception.

As soon as you are registered, all attendees receive access into the Telecom Exchange DealCenter, an online meeting manager that lists all attendees, and sorts the list by name, company name, services and colo availability. When a person is selected for a meeting, an invitation is sent out by DealCenter. When the meeting is accepted, all timetables are updated and a table number is assigned. All meetings will be held on-site on the balcony of the Cipriani Wall Street, June 26 at the Telecom Exchange.

All attendees receive the Telecom Exchange Directory on-site, the most up-to-date guide of available connectivity options in the New York tri-state area. The Directory also includes a map of the Exchange exhibit floor, where network providers, colo houses and other exhibitors are located, and the promotions available to all Telecom Exchange attendees.

The directory includes descriptions of all TEX exhibitors and contact information, list of colo providers in the tri-state area and a map of the data center facilities. It is also your 'network road map' of available connectivity options in the New York tri-state area.

Also please note: our event is open to all telecom carriers, service providers, colocation providers, data center operators and equipment providers.  For any vendor companies, such as PR firms and branding agencies, the event is invitation-only.  This is to ensure that the room is filled with telecom decision makers, so our attendees can meet the people behind the networks.
